Full Render Style

More strokes of lineart with extra shading and colors, will have backlight and extra details on the eyes then Simple Style. Usually takes about 20 hours [FULL BODY] or more to complete depending on the details of the character you want to commission; details will not be simplified.

Single animal/creature only is not allowed for this style (Small Pokemon or Animal Crossing like)

Added weapon base price is $30 USD each but depending on the complexity, the price will increaseIf the design is very detailed/complex (Ex. Genshin Impact, Final Fantasy. etc) price will increase; will be discussed and decided before I send the invoice

Doodle Style

Less strokes of lineart with only 1 shading and 1 highlight, will not have backlight unless asked for it and only detailed in the eyes, metal or anything glossy/shiny. Takes about 12 hours [FULL BODY] or more depending on the details of the character you want to commission; details will be simplified and more cartoon-like.Can be one color lineart or fully colored of your choice.

Monochromatic Sketches

A monochromatic sketch style, only can be a headshot or half body.Adding small details around the character of your choice is okay.THIS STYLE DOES NOT OFFER DETAILED BACKGROUNDS; BACKGROUND WILL ALWAYS BE WHITE.

Disclaimer

• By purchasing my services (Digital Art Commission), you automatically agree to the following conditions.• Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission request if you do not agree to these terms.• If you are not comfortable with my Terms of Service or commmission info and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

Payment

• Payment is only via Paypal & I only take USD currency
•I WILL NOT ACCEPT BANK TRANSFER, DIRECT DEPOSIT, CHECKS OR CHEQUE AS PAYMENT
• You must pay first before I start your commission
• DO NOT TRY TO SEND A PAYMENT TO ME BEFORE I ACCEPT YOUR COMMISSION, IT'LL BE REFUNDED AND I'LL REJECT YOUR REQUEST
• I'll send an invoice to you once I accept your commission
• Once I send the invoice to you, you'll have 5 days to pay the invoice from the moment I sent it and if I don't receive the payment within the time frame, your commission will be canceled

Waiting Time & Deadlines

• I don't work with deadlines or take rush fees due to me having a full-time job
• Waiting time can be from a few days to 1-2 months, if I go over 6 months I'll refund you depending on what stage of the process I'm in UNLESS you're okay with waiting longer
• Depending on what kind of commission you request it can take more or less time
• Chibi Full Color, Chibi Monochrome & Colored Doodle Style have the shortest wait time since details are very limited
• Please do not rush me, I want the commission to be the best quality that it can be ESPECIALLY if you request my more higher priced art styles

Work in process (WIPs) & Corrections

• I'll send a rough colored or uncolored sketch to you to verify if the theme, concept, design of the character(s) and pose(s) are correct, please be direct and transparent as possible for corrections
• I'll send a lineart with flat color WIP to verify if the colors are correct, please be direct and transparent as possible for corrections
• I'LL ONLY MAKE CORRECTIONS TO THE ENTIRE COMMISSION DURING THE SKETCH PROCESS; ONCE THE LINEART IS DONE ONLY THE FLAT COLORS AND ADDING LITTLE PROPS CAN BE CHANGED
• You can ask for more WIPs if you request them
• I'll allow only 3 revisions for free during the sketching/rough draff process but it'll start charging $15 USD for each revision if you go over 3
•When I take a number of commission slots(more then one slot), I will work on multiple commission W.I.Ps for multiple clients at a time so if someone else's request is simpler then they'll likely get theirs request finished first; complex commissions will take longer to complete

My Do's & Don'ts

• If you're not 100% sure if I'll take your commission just contact me, I don't bite!
• I don't take first come first serve; I have every right to accept or reject your commission with or without reason

As of June 2026 commercial right options have now been added!All previous clients who purchased commission(s) I’ve created from August, 2022 to May, 2026 that were made for Personal Use Only now have the option(s) to purchase commercial rights from the artworks I’ve created for said client(s)Past and future clients are able to purchase commercial rights from me for the commissions they already have or will get from me

Personal Use Only VS Commercial Usage meaning:

・Personal Use Only: to use as an icon, profile picture and/or header for your
personal non-monetized page and/or account on social media of any platform or website, to use as PC/phone/tablet wallpaper, to print out yourself for personal use, to post on your personal non-monetized social media account or show your friends/family/other people the artwork, to use the artwork that doesn’t involve any money or profit.Personal Use Only does not allow monetary use of any kind. To gain some or all commercial rights of said Personal Use Only commission(s); the client(s) must purchase the commercial rights from me depending on what option(s) they choose

・Commercial usage: to use for any type of profit or money which this includes: using the artwork on physical goods for purchase, using the artwork for ad revenue and/or commercials, using the artwork for advertising your brand/company/product, using the artwork to gain sales, using the artwork (s) in a monetized live stream, monetized account or monetized video platform that gains money via viewer/like/click engagement, using the artwork(s) to gain paid donations/subscribers/subscriptions, using artwork(s) as a paid downloadable goods

All Rates & Fees for Commercial Usage Rights

Please read each and every option carefully as each purpose has different rates and fees! Please understand that the more options you purchase, the higher the price will be; options do combine! Example: ~100% + ~200% = ~300% added to the total price

・Twitch/Stream/Youtube/Monetized Content/Page/Account: rate fee is an added ~100% of the total price of the commission. This is for using the artwork(s) within and/or as the thumbnail for your YouTube, Twitch, monetized account/page and/or Stream videos/live streams/posts.※ This is also required if you use the artwork(s) to direct others to your YouTube/Twitch/Stream/Monetized content/page/account like for example you post this on non-monetized Twitter/X account to direct others to your YouTube channel

・Advertisement/ad/commercial: rate fee is an added ~200% of the total price of the commission. This is for using the artwork(s) to advertise your content/brand/product/company.

・Merchandise/Physical Goods: rate fee is an added ~300% of the total price of the commission. This is for using the artwork(s) on physical products and/or merchandise made to be purchased to gain a profit.※ PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A DIGITAL ARTWORK ONLY. I DO NOT SEND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS NOR CREATE THE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS FOR YOU!! ONLY A DIGITAL ARTWORK WILL BE SENT TO YOU WHEN FINISHED, YOU MUST MAKE THE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS YOURSELF AFTER PURCHASING THIS COMMERCIAL RIGHT OPTION OF THE COMMISSION※ You also will receive Paid Digital Goods right from this option

・Paid Digital Goods: rate fee is an added ~150% of the total price of the commission. My Terms of Service for Commissions

YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO MY T.O.S BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME•All commissions are digital goods only, no physical item(s)/merchandise will be shipped to you• Make sure you communicate with me and don't ghost me, if I ask for corrections and I have don't have a response from you within two weeks(UNLESS you let me know what's going on before hand) I'll refund you depending on what process on• If I get insults or harassment for my already set prices, you will be BLACK-LISTED• If you plan a refund, you might contact me first before doing so and you agree to my refund info; if you refund the full price while I was already a stage(more then % in my refund info) you will be BLACK-LISTED• You agree on my refund info that some styles are different % and some don't allow refunds•Your character reference has to be full in color(If you request a full color commission style) and able to read the design clearly or I'll reject your commission• I'm allowed to post your commission on my social media and use it as a portfolio UNLESS you choose the private option BUT if you decide to put it online then I'm allowed to use it as a portfolio• You're allowed to repost, use it as icon and header but WITH CREDIT, you CAN NOT claim that you made the commission• I'll send your final commission via email, Google Drive or sta.sh (DeviantArt) with no watermark for YOU ONLY and one with a watermark for you to post online; YOU CAN NOT POST THE UNWATERMARKED VERSION• If the final commission was sent to you via Google Drive or sta.sh (DeviantArt), you must make sure you save and download the files before they are removed; I clean up files at the end of the year for more storage but if you need to retrieve your files after they were removed please contact me via email or social media (See tab “contact” for the best ways to contact me).
